If you plan to travel abroad with your vehicle written authority must be obtained from Venson before taking the vehicle outside mainland UK. Authority to travel form VE103b can be obtained by clicking the link below. The completed VE103b form must be submitted to Venson a minimum of 14 days in advance of your journey. Please note, the address used for the VE103b must be the 'custodians' home address and must match the address on your driving licence. There is a small administration fee for processing the documentation.
When you travel you will also need:
- Insurance certificate
- A valid tax disc (for the country where the vehicle is registered)
- Your passport and driving licence
- European Recovery and Breakdown Insurance. If you are unsure whether your vehicle is covered please contact your dedicated Venson Account Executive before travelling.
